I work as a sales advisor of a recently introduced concept by Goodyear called Roll by Goodyear. This is a pilot retail concept for tire sales and installation. Here I advise and recommend tires to customers, evaluate the best one for their purpose, and make sure they are happy with their purchase. I basically manage a store for 12 hours of my shift with minimal supervision. I ensure the store is clean, safe, and ready for customers. Checking for availability of supplies and other necessary components needed to have a store compliant in both safety and Cleanliness.

I have accomplished being top sales in my Roll market with high satisfaction rate from customers (google reviews given as well) as well as became a sales trainer/coach for my state Roll market and other Roll markets (PA) for new as well as current Roll Lead Advisors. Also, I have helped develop the culture of Roll while partnering with corporate employees.

I have also covered and exercised the role of "Dispatcher" during days that dispatchers coverage was needed (around end 2019- mid/end 2020). This role included other higher managing skills such as: 

-  Tire inventory (receiving and managing inventory accuracy).

-  Goodyear Business Management System(GBMS) - proficiency and understanding.

- Store Managing skills.

- Store Operations (including opening, closing - end of day procedures , etc.)

- Confirming/Rescheduling/Managing Online appointments and following up with costumers to ensure efficient and timely tire installation.

- Roll by Goodyear professional valets and mobile van Managing.

- Scheduling, planning and routing of Professional valet and mobile installation orders(ensuring tires were ready prior to Installation date).

The Home Depot - Order Fulfillment Associate

​(2015-2019)

 

This is a warehouse essential part of The Home Depot's distribution network. In this job, I used to load and unload delivery trucks, move material within the facility and from the loading platform by carrying, pushing, rolling or operating hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors, or other material handling equipment. I safely operate forklifts or other machinery in order to complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, staging, and transporting products. I had the responsibility of providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, immediately correcting hazards & unsafe conditions or reporting conditions to the Manager on Duty, and working safely as not to endanger themselves, co-workers, vendors, or customers.

When an online order was placed for same day pick up. I had the responsibility of picking up the order and making sure it was Pick up ready within 2 hours.

I provided fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance. I learned about products, and provided information to customers in order to sell. Also, in this position I learned how to greet, qualify, recommend products to customers, and know how to handle sales. I maintained the in-stock condition of assigned areas, and ensure it was clean, shop-able, and safe. I worked in cooperation with Department Supervisors and other associates.

 

 

Therapeutic Recreation Department

at Genesis Healthcare - Volunteer

I experienced as a volunteer, first hand, the satisfaction of helping individuals with a disability participate in recreation programs with their non-disabled peers. I was mainly needed to assist in Camps, Clinics, and  Fun Centers. I participated in classes for individuals with disabilities that included  pottery, aerobic exercise, karate, Zumba, Stretch and Tone, dance, art, and several sports programs.
